We proof our cake toppers every step of the way with our customer. Nothing ships until it is approved by you. The more time you have, the more changes you can make. The process generally takes about 4-6 weeks in total including a few rounds of changes and corrections. We have created cake toppers in as little as two weeks but we will not have the ability to make any changes to your cake topper without your opinion. Generally Speaking there will be 2-3 changes before the final topper. We will send you the final photo for your approval and then we will ship it right away!

       *If time is a critical issue, order earlier and tell us the Exact Date you want to receive it.
         Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

Your cake topper will be delivered using the United States Postal Service (or your country's postal service). We will send the tracking information for your order when it ships. Please track your order online so you know when it is going to arrive. Once your cake topper leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of it. If you receive a notice from the post office to pick up your package in the case that it was not delivered to you, it is your responsibility to get the package! Please make sure you approve your cake topper at least 2 weeks before your event in order to ensure there is plenty of time for it to arrive.

This doesn't happen very often. We keep a very close eye on your event date and make sure we alert you when your cake topper needs to ship. However, if you do not respond to our emails or calls, this may delay the process. Please do not wait until the last minute to approve your cake topper! We fully understand that if your cake topper isn't on your cake, it loses its special value.

As long as you approve your cake topper 2 weeks (14 days) before your actual event date, we will guarantee to get it to you in time (at least one day before the event). Otherwise, we will ask that you return the product for a full refund. We can only offer a refund in the case that a) you emailed your approval at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date and received confirmation back from us that we received your approval; b) you return the package, unopened, back to us immediately after the missed event date; c) you submitted the correct address to us at the time your order was placed; d) your order did not reach the post office nearest to your address or your actual address at least one day before your event AND the reason for its delay was not caused by a natural disaster or act of god.
