So all sales and orders are FINALL, no refunds, no cancellations, no returns or no exchanges will be made for any reason.

We deeply know what are you concerned and try our best to make you satisfied. We will work with you side-by-side the entire time we are making your Cake Topes and Figurines. You will be given the chance to proof your sculpture in progress and we will not ship it until you approve it. In the case of a rush order, we may not have enough time to proof the cake topper with you. Placing a rush order for a cake topper is a bit risky because of this fact. Supplying us with ample photos can minimize this risk.

We strongly suggest you approve your cake topper 2 weeks before your big day to avoid delays in shipment. If you place a rush order, your order will be shipped FedEx overnight. Please do not risk a delay in shipping by waiting until two days before your event to approve your cake topper! Give yourself a few days padding. If your order does not make it in time for your wedding due to shipping delays, we can NOT be held responsible. We will do everything in our power to get your cake toppers to you before the wedding or the event, but we need you to cooperate by regularly checking your email and providing approval in a timely matter.

As long as you approve your cake topper 2 weeks (14 days) before your actual event date, we will guarantee to get it to you in time (at least one day before the event). Otherwise, we will ask that you return the product for a full refund. We can only offer a refund in the case that a) You emailed your approval at least 2 weeks (14 days) before your event date and received confirmation back from us that we received your approval; b) You return the package, unopened, back to us immediately after the missed event date; c) You submitted the correct address to us at the time your order was placed; d) Your order did not reach the post office nearest to your address or your actual address at least one day before your event AND the reason for its delay was not caused by a natural disaster or act of god.
